It is in our mission at myTEAM TRIUMPH Wisconsin to impact your communities in a positive way. To ensure that we are doing just that and to help us plan for the future, we are asking all of our followers to participate in our annual impact survey.
The survey should take between 5 - 10 minutes to complete and is completely multiple choice. Of course, should you want to share more with us, there is plenty of space to do so! In fact, we encourage you to share as much as you can with us about your myTEAM TRIUMPH Wisconsin experience.
