Staff Positions:

Equipment Coordinator

1. •Be technical
   

2. •In conjunction with our technical sponsor, inCompetition Sports, coordinate equipment upkeep and repair
   

3. •Keep equipment and trailer organized at all times during season
   

4. •Facilitate equipment repair/replacement with Executive Director in a timely fashion as to ensure the equipment is ready for training/races
   

5. •Transport equipment to and from trainings/events
   

6. •Help prepare equipment prior to events
   

7. •Present repair/upgrade recommendations to the Board of Directors

Board Positions:

Special Events Coordinator

1. •Inspire
   

2. •Develop, plan and execute special events, including but not limited, to the Post Season Celebration
   

3. •Develop detailed projected event budgets in collaboration with the Treasurer.  Monitor budget throughout the planning process and reconcile the budget following the event conclusion
   

4. •Develop critical timelines and schedules for all events
   

5. •Prepare for and attend regular update and planning meetings
   

6. •Develop and manage all correspondence and collateral materials related to special events, such as sponsorship packages, event materials, general correspondence and post-event acknowledgement letters.
   

7. •Provide director and support to event volunteers.
   

8. •Work closely with Development Director and Executive Director to ensure event promotion.
   

9. •Serve on the myTEAM TRIUMPH – Wisconsin Inc. Board of Advisors by regularly attending meetings and actively contributing to the decision making process.
   

10. •Participate as a Volunteer/Angel/Captain on race-day when available

Board Member

1. •Build a foundation of Triumph
   

2. •Creating and updating the mission and vision statements
   

3. •Determining the organization’s programs and services
   

4. •Approving the strategic plan
   

5. •Hiring and periodically evaluating the organization’s executive director
   

6. •Working with and providing support to the executive
   

7. •Approving the annual budget, annual report, etc
   

8. •Approving major contracts and grants
   

9. •Volunteer for assignments and completes them thoroughly and on time
   

10. •Gets to know other committee members and builds a collegial working relationship that contributes to consensus
    

11. •Soliciting and reviewing program evaluations
    

12. •Troubleshooting organization challenges as necessary
    

13. •Serve as a public figure for the organization
    

14. •Fundraising, by directly donating to the organization and soliciting donations from others
    

15. •Advocating for the organization
    

16. •Participate as a Volunteer/Angel/Captain on race-day when available
