Training = Relationships


Nearly every week during the season, myTEAM TRIUMPH hosts training runs, swims and bike rides.


We believe that training events are essential to our mission of building relationships through the teamwork environment of endurance athletics.


As a Captain, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team, and enjoy some of the great outdoors, running, biking or swimming with your Angel team!


As an Angel, you will have the chance to strengthen your mind, body and spirit during these events.  To ensure the safety of your Captain, learn about how to use the equipment and to build bonds with your teammates, Angels are required to attend at least one training session prior to their event
